LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you use networkstudio.app (the “site”) and buy or download Network Studio. “We”, “us” and “our” means Data Bunny LLC, an Illinois limited liability company that operates the Network Studio brand.
What we collect
You don’t need an account to use the site or to buy Network Studio. We collect only what we need to sell, deliver and support it:
- Purchase information. When you buy, you pay on a checkout page run by Stripe (see below). From Stripe we receive the details of your order, such as what you bought, the amount, the payment status and the Stripe checkout reference. We use these to confirm payment, deliver your download and handle refunds or disputes.
- Your email address, in protected form. Stripe asks for your email at checkout. To let you download again later, we look up that email once and keep only a salted, one-way hash of it with your order, not the email itself. When you use “Already bought?”, the email you type is hashed and compared with it.
- Receipt code and download records. Each order has a private receipt (recovery) code. We keep a record of each order and how many downloads it has used, so we can enforce the download limit (currently 5 downloads within 30 days) and stop downloads after a refund or dispute.
- Download counts. We may count requests for download links. These counts store only the day, build and platform. They don’t include your IP address, browser details, email or receipt.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it to reply.
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t use separate analytics tools on the site. Google AdSense and the other services described below may collect information on their own terms.
Information stored in your browser
The site uses your browser’s local storage and session storage (not cookies of our own) to:
- keep your receipt code on this device, so you can get back to your download;
- remember the icon packs you selected while you browse; and
- remember whether you turned the site mascot off.
This information stays in your browser. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it, so save your receipt code first.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
We show ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings (also available through My Ad Center). To opt out of some other vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising, visit www.aboutads.info/choices.
To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Visitors in the EEA and UK
If you visit from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you will see Google’s consent message, which asks for your consent before personalized ads and advertising cookies are used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Privacy and cookie settings” link that Google adds at the bottom of the pages where it shows the message, or through Google’s Ads Settings. You can also email us to ask for access to, or deletion of, the information we hold about you.
Demo video (YouTube)
The demo video is hosted on YouTube. Until you click play, the site shows only an image stored on our own server, and nothing is loaded from YouTube. When you click play, the video loads from YouTube (youtube.com), and YouTube and Google may then set cookies and collect information as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Payments (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe’s checkout page, not on our site, and we never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment information under the Stripe Privacy Policy. When you pay, Stripe collects and stores your purchase information, including your email address. We don’t keep your email address ourselves; to let you re-download, we keep only a one-way salted hash of it plus order and download records. When you use your receipt, we may look up your email from Stripe to show you a partly hidden version of it (for example, a***@example.com) along with your Stripe receipt link, but we don’t save it. Stripe may also email you a receipt.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Netlify. Like most web hosts, Netlify automatically processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request, to deliver the site, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems. Our order records are stored with Netlify. Installer files are delivered from cloud storage through short-lived download links. See the Netlify Privacy Policy.
The Network Studio app
Network Studio is a desktop app for macOS and Windows. You can connect your own compatible AI agent through a compatible MCP client. You choose whether to approve that access and when to allow edits to your diagrams. We (Data Bunny LLC) don’t store any user data from the app on our side. The app doesn’t save your diagrams itself: they exist only as JSON files that you choose to save on your own device. If you connect an AI agent or other third-party tool, that provider handles anything you share with it under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep information
The Network Studio app doesn’t keep any of your data. Stripe stores the email address you use to pay, and it is kept until you ask us to delete it. We keep the salted hash of that email and your order and download records for the same period: until you ask us to delete them. We may keep payment and order records longer where we need them to handle refunds and disputes or to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Children
The site and Network Studio are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized ads as described above. To ask about, or to request deletion of, information we hold about you, email us. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
